A: We offer digital designs (templates for shirts, cups, pillows) and physical items (shirts, onesies, hoodies, and sweatshirts). We’re also expanding into candles and bath products with country-themed designs.
Q: Do you offer customized designs?
A: Yes! We work with you to create custom designs. Share your ideas, and we’ll ensure they meet your vision.
Q: How long does it take to create a custom design?
A: Custom designs typically take about 1 week, including revisions.
Q: What are your bestsellers?
A: Our Jamaican heart digital file, onesies, and Colombian-themed designs are customer favorites.
Q: Do you offer multi-language designs?
A: Our listings are currently offered in English and Spanish. As a brand that celebrates cultures around the world, expanding to multiple languages is something we are actively working toward.
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size-related issues on unworn, unwashed items.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Physical products take 3–5 days to produce before shipping. Digital designs can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What is included in your packaging?
A: Packaging includes care cards, thank-you notes, and receipts. Soon, we’ll be adding QR codes for easy access to additional information.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. However, shipping costs may be higher for international orders.
Digital Products
Q: What file formats are available for digital designs?
A: We provide PNG, JPG, and PDF files. If SVG files don’t pass testing, they won’t be included.
Q: How much do digital designs cost?
A: Digital designs are priced at $5.00 each for market testing. (Digital Designs are non refundable)
Q: How do I download my digital designs?
A: After completing your purchase:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link.
Click the link to download your files. ( You only have 24 hours to click your link)
Save the files to your device.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Care and Maintenance
Q: How do I care for my shirt or onesie?
A: Care instructions are included with every order. Typically, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low to preserve the design.
Custom Orders and Feedback
Q: Can I request revisions for custom designs?
A: Yes, we allow revisions for custom designs to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product.
